Snomads is an independent eco chalet company, they provided unique catered ski trips in Bulgaria. I was brought on as the sole product designer to establish issues with their current website platform, build a new site and develop a new brand identity along the way.
From my shareholder and user interviews I established that the current online presence did not reflected the brands personality, which is focused around food, the environment and a bohimenien lifestyle. Also there were issues around the booking process on mobile devices and more information was required for users better understand their holiday packages.
Contextual studies were preformed to gather data to inform the wireframes which where created and signed off by shareholders, I then implemented the new digital design brand guidelines I had created, before building the site using a CMS.
