Snomads is an independent eco chalet company, they provided unique catered ski trips in Bulgaria. I was brought on as the sole product designer to establish issues with their current website platform, build a new site and develop a new brand identity along the way.
I conducted shareholder and user interviews and established that Snomads current online presence did not reflect the brands actual personality. This focused on key areas such as organic food, the environment and a bohemian styling. There were also website functionality issues regarding content hierarchy and an outdated booking system that barley worked on mobile.
Contextual studies were preformed to gather data to inform the wireframes which where created and signed off by shareholders, I then developed a new digital design toolkit before building the site using a CMS (wordpress).
